The upcoming PlayStation Move title gets a new story trailer, plus a gallery of screenshots after the jump.
This has been a busy day in terms of first-party news, particularly with this morning's God of War: Ascension multiplayer reveal and now a story trailer for Sorcery. Developed by The Workshop and Sony Santa Monica, it's a dark fantasy title where you can use the PS Move controller like a wand to cast spells as your character, a young sorcerer's apprentice, battles the forces of the evil Nightmare Queen.
Here's the official synopsis:
The Nightmare Queen has broken the ancient pact with mankind and threatens to cover the land in eternal night. As a young sorcerer’s apprentice, it is up to the player to master the arcane arts and fight back the foul creatures of this magical realm. Sorcery puts the power in the players’ hands using the PlayStation Move motion controller and letting them conjure and command powerful magic as they brave the dark world of the Faerie Kingdoms.
News has been kind of thin since Sorcery was announced back at E3 2010, but with its release date imminent sometime this year, expect more details to start cropping up.
