Atlus-Published 'Game of Thrones' Title Gets Trailer, Official Site

****Possibly a couple of Game of Thrones spoilers in this trailer for the Cyanide Studios-developed RPG.****

Two months after its initial announcement, we finally get our first look at the console/PC adaptation of the first book of George R. R. Martin's Game of Thrones, and Cyanide has provided a pretty meaty sample of their upcoming game. While actual mechanics aren't shown off—okay, we do get to see the player character running—the video does drop a couple of knowledge bombs about the RPG, one of the most interesting elements being that the narrative of the game will have you switching between various characters throughout the story.

Meanwhile, over at the game's official site,, the developer is slowly unveiling elements of the game through a series of community unlocks. Right now, only the section for "The Wall" (guard post of the Night's Watch) is open, and if you answer the trivia question on the page, you'll be presented with an image from one of the game's environments. Unfortunately, the community component means that you can't actually see the rest of the site until more users "Like" the site. I'll assume that means via the site's Facebook page, which is, as of this writing, currently unavailable.

Game of Thrones: The Game is coming to the PC, PS3, and 360 in early 2012. You can check out its site at www.
