When you've got more than 30 fighters in your game like "Marvel vs. Capcom 3" does, you can afford to string your reveals out over many, many months. This week, keeping with the tradition of breaking out one Marvel face for every Capcom entrant, Capcom's let loose some videos of She-Hulk and Zero.
Cousin to male Hulk Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters made her official "MvC3" debut in a trailer over on IGN, which features some car slinging, jump-kicking and hefty punch-throwing. Mega Man X's collaborator, meanwhile, busted open his Z-buster in some gameplay footage on GameSpot where he fires off energy rounds and dash-attacks with some serious speed.
Some screens over on Shoryuken show Jenn clad in a red variant of her old Fantastic Four uniform, though red-skinned editions of her and her cousin, which have appeared in Marvel's comics recently are still nowhere to be found. Surprise costumes and skins seem like something that would be a great last-minute reveal when the game comes out next year, though, so don't give up hope if you're wishing for some Red Hulks as well.
M.O.D.O.K. more or less cemented my approval for this game, but it is fun to see the Mega Man X-verse representing. In fact, a Mega Man X/M.O.D.O.K. spin-off game would be a worthy vision if someone behind the scenes wants to make it happen.
What do you think of the "MvC3" lineup so far? Who else would you still like to see make it in? Share your opinions with us in the comment section below.
