These days it's not all that often that a Wii game comes with an exclusive extra, but Ubisoft is packing something that Michael Jackson fans should recognize with "Michael Jackson: The Experience" comes out on November 23. Not only will the Wii edition beat its Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 counterparts to the market; it will also ship with a sparkly white glove MJ role-players to uses while they attempt to master his moves.
"We worked with the estate and created a special edition glove that’s going to go into the day-one quantities of 'Michael Jackson: The Experience' on the Wii," Ubisoft SVP of sales and marketing Tony Key told IndustryGamers. "If you go to the store and look for this specially marked package, which is going to be the same price as the regular edition, you'll be able to get this limited edition glove to bring home. It’s something that’s never been available before, and we see it as an opportunity to have fun with the glove."
The glove will be available in limited supply, though Key stopped short of saying how limited it would be.
"I can't make any promises as to how long the supply will last," he explained. "We're only doing a certain amount; we're not saying specifically how many, but I think this is big news for his fans."
We posted a look last week at what "Michael Jackson: The Experience" gameplay looks like; so just picture yourself wearing a club and moving along to that, and you'll probably have a fair idea of whether or not you want to hop on this deal.
