You Are Invited (But Not Really)

Only five days into this glorious New Year, and Ubisoft is already throwing a party. In a few scant hours the company will be unveiling Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, a sequel to one of last year's best Xbox 360 and PC titles.

Now game parties are nothing to get excited over (head past the jump to see a slightly edited version of the Ghost Recon invitation). But the prospect of getting to play what should be a most excellent game well before its release still, to this day, thrills me in a manner not vastly dissimilar to the way Washington D.C. mayor Marion Barry gets all tingly over the sight of a vial of crack cocaine.
