Seth MacFarlane's 'Ted' Gets A Slightly Cleaner Trailer

You probably saw the curse word-laden trailer for Seth MacFarlane's first live-action movie, "Ted," earlier this week, but now there's a green band trailer you can share with your mom—well, probably not.

What the new trailer lacks in four-letter words, it makes up for in story. The new preview reveals the origin of Mark Wahlberg's talking bear. When John was a young boy, he wished that his teddy, Ted , would come to life. Things were straight out of a storybook right after the transformation, but as the narrator concludes, "Eventually, everyone grows up."

The rest of the trailer plays out similarly to the R-rated trailer, but adds several more scenes including an intense fight scene between Wahlberg and the CGI teddy bear.

"Ted" hits theaters July 13.
