‘Lockout’ Exclusive Poster Takes No Prisoners

As a movie fan, there are few things I enjoy more than Guy Pearce movies and Luc Besson movies. So fuse the two together into one far-out space-set thriller, and you know I’m going to be on board.

That’s why I’m pretty pumped to host this exclusive “Lockout” poster here on Movies Blog. It’s got Guy Pearce. It’s got Maggie Grace. It’s got an awesome future gun riddling bullets into who-knows-what. In short, it’s awesome. Check it out in full past the break!

“Lockout” is described as follows:

Starring Guy Pearce and Maggie Grace and set in the near future, LOCKOUT follows a falsely convicted ex- government agent (Pearce), whose one chance at obtaining freedom lies in the dangerous mission of rescuing the President’s daughter (Grace) from rioting convicts at an outer space maximum security prison.

In other words, it’s going to be pretty fantastic. Produced by and co-written by Luc Besson and directed by James Mather and Stephen St. Leger, “Lockout” breaks into theaters nationwide on April 20, 2012. It will not, sadly, be playing in outer space.
