New ‘Muppets’ Poster Reminds You Who The Movie’s Stars Are

Jason Segel. Amy Adams. Chris Cooper. Rashida Jones. Those are just a few of the star-studded cast that keep being flaunted at us for the upcoming live action film, “The Muppets.” But the latest poster for the movie is reminding us that, hey, it is called “The Muppets” for a reason.

So, without further ado, we have a teaser one-sheet for the flick that shows off all the Muppet talent we can look forward to. There’s Kermit and Miss Piggy, Beaker and Gonzo, Animal and Fozzie Bear, Janice, Rowlf the Dog and Scooter, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Zoot, Statler and Waldorf and, of course, newcomer Walter.

See the whole gang after the jump!

It is a clear homage to the original “The Muppet Show” poster, from the layout to the Muppets included. But there are plenty more Muppets fleshing out this movie, as should have been teased during the first full trailer. Almost 70 Muppets appear in the film in total, including fan-favorites Camilla, Robin and The Swedish Chef.

Rivaling the list of Muppet cameos, though, is the list of actor cameos. Everyone from Alan Arkin and Wanda Sykes to Neil Patrick Harris and Dave Grohl are going to be appearing in the movie in one form or another. We’re most excited to see how George Clooney, Zach Galifianakis and Danny Trejo fit into the film, but we’re going to have to wait until it hits theaters on November 23 for that to be revealed.

Until then, we’re looking forward to plenty more great marketing for this upcoming loving homage to “The Muppets.”
