Tom Felton, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1"

The returning champ from last year's show, can Draco Malfoy win Best Villain again? Though the Slytherin loyalist has done some terrible things in his time, Draco is slowly inching towards the light — and with "Harry Potter" hurtling towards the finish line, one has to wonder if he'll be a villain for much longer.

Ned Beatty, "Toy Story 3"

Don't let his pink and cuddly exterior fool you: Lots-o-Huggin' Bear is one mean son of a gun. The supreme dictator of Sunnyside daycare center has every reason to feel bitter towards the world around him, but he doesn't have to take his abandonment issues out on all those innocent toys, does he?

Leighton Meester, "The Roommate"

Everybody has a horror story about their terrible college roommate, but the "Gossip Girl" star takes the cake as the sadistic sociopath Rebecca in "The Roommate." Kids, this is why you might want to personalize your roommate requests when you head off to school!

Christoph Waltz, "The Green Hornet"

Beware the wrath of Bloodnofsky, the Los Angeles gangster doing his very best to get Britt Reid and his pal Kato off the crime-fighting beat for good. With his double barreled pistol and his complete inability to formulate cool one-liners fueling his thirst for blood, this is one bad guy you don't want to cross.

Mickey Rourke, "Iron Man 2"

Blood for blood means blood from Tony Stark, if Ivan Vanko has his way about things. The self-made technological terrorist Whiplash comes hard and fast at ol' Shellhead with electrified whips at the ready and an army of ruthless drones at his disposal.
