New 'Transformers: Dark Of The Moon' Photos Heat Up the Action

Transformers"Transformers: Dark of the Moon" is headed towards us on July 1, and Michael Bay doesn't want you to forget what you have to look forward to.

Three new photos (two from Spoiler TV, one from Collider) have surfaced from the upcoming movie, and they highlight the big, blockbuster action spectacle that the latest "Transformers" flick is sure to be. The one important thing they are sorely missing, though, are some big, transforming machines, but there's plenty of other hidden nuggets of fun inside the stills.

(Hint: we might have spoken too soon about there not being any transformers. See what we mean after the jump!)

Carly Is In On The Action

We've already seen Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in photos, but it's still nice to see her hands dirty and getting in on the action. And since she's playing Carly, the main female protagonist from the original series, we have a feeling we're going to like her a whole lot.

Sam Witwicky, The Businessman

It looks like film art is meeting film art in "Dark of the Moon." Shia Labeouf is channeling his "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" look as he runs through an office building being demolished. And given the way he's clutching his suit jacket, we have a feeling Sam Witwicky has graduated from college to being some high-class businessman.

The NEST Is Back Together

As is to be expected, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and the rest of the NEST military group are back in the thick of things. And, again, the site of one of these major battles is in our city streets.

The Only Transformer?

If there's one thing that's sorely lacking from these "Transformers" pictures, it's the transformers. But we do think we can see the vague outline of one while it's in the process of destroying Sam's office building. Guess we'll just have to wait until the film comes out until we can know for sure.
