'Iron Man 3' Closes In On Shane Black As Director

FROM SPLASH PAGE: Exactly one week ago it was reported that Shane Black was being considered to direct "Iron Man 3," replacing Jon Favreau, who dropped out of the project in December to focus his efforts on Disney's "Magic Kingdom."
