Rachelle Lefevre Thanks Her ‘Twilight’ Fans And ‘The Fantastic Mr. Fox’ Reactions In Today’s Twitter-Wood

As anyone reading MTV Movies Blog (or pretty much any entertainment media source on the Internet) today knows that “Twilight” star Rachelle Lefevre went on the record with her own take on her replacement by Bryce Dallas Howard for “Eclipse.” She used her Twitter account to thank fans who have been responding to her updates. Elsewhere in the Twitter-Wood feed, Lefevre’s “New Moon” co-star Jamie Bower cracked some non-Lefevre-related “Twilight” tweet snark about comments he made in a recent MTV interview.

Meanwhile, Wes Anderson’s new trailer for “The Fantastic Mr. Fox” has been sparking reactions among directors like Rian Johnson and Kyle Newman. Their takes are preserved for you down below, along with Dane Cook’s reaction to “Orphan,” a pic from Tom Felton’s arrival in Japan and more. It’s in the Twitter-Wood report for July 30, 2009.

@RachelleLefevre I am so touched by all your responses and feel incredibly blessed to have fans like you. From the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU.
-Rachelle Lefevre, Actress (”Twilight,” “Casino Jack”)

-Jamie Bower, Actor (“The Twilight Saga: New Moon,” “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I”)

@danecook I saw the movie Orphan last night. It scared the adoption out of me.
-Dane Cook, Actor (“My Best Friend’s Girl,” “Employee of the Month”)

-Kyle Newman, Director (“Fanboys,” “Emo Boy”)

@rcjohnso You’ve gotta watch the Mr Fox trailer hi-def, the flash version is steppy and awful. I don’t get all the hate, looks like it’ll be fun.
-Rian Johnson, Director (“The Brothers Bloom,” “Brick”)

@TomFelton This is what I saw on my first steps into japan! Thankyou so much to all who helped make it! Love tom x http://twitpic.com/c3hgw
-Tom Felton, Actor (”Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,” “Anna and the King”)

@alydenisof The fans that run along the side of the road REALLY stress me out!!! What if they fall in front of one of the bikes?!?
-Alyson Hannigan, Actress (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “How I Met Your Mother”)
