Kylie Jenner has developed a reputation as a fashion risk-taker. From her many wigs to switching up her look over 10 times during New York Fashion Week, Kylie takes her style seriously. Which is why we have to respect her decision to wear a fringe pseudo-skirt over her pants.

While out and about with Tyga, Kylie wore an all-black look including a jumpsuit with a plunging neckline, pointed heels, and a belt with long pieces of leather hanging from it like a skirt. While the belt/skirt hybrid doesn't add much in terms of functionality, it actually looks pretty cool and seems easy to wear.

Knowing Kylie's influence as a trendsetter, we can probably expect to start seeing this accessory pop up on people fairly soon. The question is, would you?
