'Ain't That America' Host Lil Duval Celebrates National Multiple Personality Day [Video]

From opening presents to pigging out, the holiday season is our favorite time of year, but just because we’re well into the new year, that doesn’t mean the fun has to be over! We did some digging and discovered that the good ol’ U-S-of-A has at least 365 different holidays on record — yep, one a day, folks — and throughout Season 2 of “Ain’t That America,” host Lil Duval will be celebrating some of the wackiest of ‘em right here. Consider it a gift that keeps on giving!

Human beings are complex creatures and often unpredictable, but when someone starts showing signs of having multiple personalities, that's when words like "disorder," "straightjacket" and "loony bin" start getting tossed around. Despite the stigma of mental illness, the truth is that most folks experience ups and downs on a daily basis, which brings us to the beauty of March 5th: National Multiple Personality Day, a brief time when it's socially acceptable to embrace all six, seven or eight sides of yourself.

In the video below, Lil Duval explains why he, personally, was born two of a kind. "I'm a Gemini," he shares, which is the one zodiac sign said to bring out split personalities in people, even though Lil D says the air sign's trademark trait is just a rumor. "I don't have multiple personalities," he says. "No, I don't! Yes, I do!" he continues, arguing with himself. Hmm, considering his birthday is April 3, making Lil D an Aries, we'd simply call him a good actor.

Check out the clip, and watch "Ain't That America" Wednesdays at 11/10c on MTV2!
