We recently shared the news that Kailyn Lowry-Marroquin was planning to release a tell-all book called "Pride Over Pity," and now we have even more details about the "Teen Mom 2" cast member's intimate biography.
Fans can circle April 22 on their calendars as a firm release date for the memoir, the cover of which features the mom of two showing off her impressive tattoo sleeve. Badass as usual, Kail!
As to what's inside its pages, "Teen Mom 2" viewers may be surprised by Kail's revelations, which include experiences with bullying and sexual assault that pre-date her "16 And Pregnant" episode. Here's a sample of what readers can expect:
"If I ever gaze at the past, I shudder. I shudder to count how many times I mistakenly thought I was loved. I quiver unpleasantly to recall the person I used to be and how I acted in some of my relationships. Looking back, it’s not surprising that I turned to boys for love so early. I needed appreciation. I needed to feel worthy. Most of all I needed support."
Kailyn is eager to share more of her story with the world, and she's not the only one: Fellow "Teen Mom 2" cast member Chelsea Houska gave her friend a nice shout-out earlier today on Twitter. "SO EXCITED KAIL," she wrote. These ladies know how to stick together!
