On the latest episode of "Teen Mom 2," Kailyn and Jo met in court to legally work out new child custody terms, but after an hour of conferencing, there was still no final resolution. The exes had been duking it out for weeks over Kail's wish to permanently join Javi in Delaware and Jo's request for more overnight visits from Isaac, and in the bonus scene below, Jo and his lawyer discuss their intention to keep fighting for Kail to remain in Pennsylvania.
"[Javi's] been living in Dover for a couple months now and he's been commuting every week," Jo says after the hearing. "I don't know why he can't continue to do that if he wants to see his wife. I don't see why my situation has to change because of her decision."
"A lot of military wives don't follow their husbands," Jo's lawyer chimes in. "They stay local and don't disrupt the child."
Regardless of Jo's lingering resentment, he then approaches Kail and attempts to thank her with a handshake, but after she shoos him away, he flips her the bird. Sigh.
Will these two ever be able to co-parent civilly? Check out the clip, and tune in to "Teen Mom 2" next Tuesday at 10/9c to see if any progress is made between them.
