Thanks to MTV2's “Guy Court,” no true “Guy Code” violation will ever go unpunished. But though we trust the honorable Judge Donnell Rawlings to pass out fair rulings, the American justice system lets a peer jury dictate a defendant’s fate, so each week we’re holding all potential “Code” criminals to the same standard with a heavy dose of “Street Justice.” Check out the latest case below.
Snooki and the rest of the "Jersey Shore" gang were slaves to tanning, solidifying their obsession with sun-kissed skin through daily visits to the salon. However, not everyone is a fan of the ol' fake 'n' bake, and on tonight's "Guy Court," Amanda took her friend Nick to trial for being a total tanoholic.
Amanda claimed that Nick was so addicted to maintaining his bronzed bod that he would even go tanning twice in the same day (let's hope he's using sunscreen!), but Nick tried to argue that the only reason he ever started was to get girls. How'd that work out for ya, Nick?
While trying to impress women certainly doesn't break "Guy Code," Judge Donnell Rawlings took issue with the defendant's girly beauty regimen and found Nick guilty as charged. His punishment? Bailiff Melanie Iglesias poured five gallons of goopy sunblock all over the poor guy. Somewhere out there, Pauly D was sobbing.
So, what's your take? Is excessive tanning a "Guy Code" violation? Find out what a few New Yorkers had to say about the topic in this week's "Street Justice" with "Girl Code" comedienne Quinn Marcus, then weigh in on the case in the comments!
