Street Justice With Quinn Marcus: The People's Ruling On Boning In Your Buddy's Car [Video]

Thanks to MTV2's “Guy Court,” no true “Guy Code” violation will ever go unpunished. But though we trust the honorable Judge Donnell Rawlings to pass out fair rulings, the American justice system lets a peer jury dictate a defendant’s fate, so each week we’re holding all potential “Code” criminals to the same standard with a heavy dose of “Street Justice.” Check out the latest case below.

They say there's a time and a place for everything, but some people -- for instance, members of the Mile High Club -- might beg to differ. While having sex in an airplane bathroom might not be a common occurrence, the daring act is widely accepted and even gets a lot of street cred -- after all, it takes guts (and skill!) to get busy in such a tiny, public stall. But what about doing the deed in other places outside the privacy of your own a friend's car? Does that cross the line?

On the latest "Guy Court" episode, Chris accused Mike of breaking code for borrowing his ride to get down and dirty. Chris claimed he was caught off guard when he picked up his whip, which welcomed him back with a distinct odor, random thong and used condom. "I was, like, this motherf**ker," he said in a statement to the court. Mike argued that when you're chasing ass, your boys should give you a pass, yet despite his lawyer Damien Lemon's best efforts, Judge Donnell sided with the plaintiff, stating that the defendant's lack of hygiene could have ultimately prevented Chris from scoring in his own vehicle.

Did the judge make the right call? In this "Street Justice" clip, "Girl Code" comedienne Quinn Marcus asks New Yorkers to weigh in on whether it's wrong to use your friend's whip for whoopee. Check out The People's verdict on this very sticky situation.
