Tyler Posey and his fiancé, Seana Gorlick, show their support for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Though the leading lycanthrope on "Teen Wolf" is best known for being a goofball IRL (the image of those nipple tattoos is permanently seared to our brains), Tyler Posey showed his more serious side in Los Angeles over the weekend at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's annual "Light the Night" walk. The actor took the time to talk with MTV Act in the video below about why supporting cancer awareness means so much to him.
"My aunt passed away [from cancer] a couple of years ago, and my mom has cancer right now so it's very, very personal to me," Tyler says in the clip. With his fiancé Seana Gorlick by his side, Tyler spent the evening strolling through Hollywood with two "Teen Wolf" fans who won the chance to walk with him after donating to the LLS cause, for which he ultimately raised more than $12,000! And if all that's not enough to put you on Team TyPo for life, he also extends his support to others affected by the disease. "Tweet me or message me or something, 'cause I'll help you through it. I'm still going through it myself," he says.
Check out the video to hear more of Tyler's mission and to just soak up "the walking ball of sunshine that is Tyler Posey," as one fan describes him. Couldn't have said it better ourselves.
