Nick Cannon on the red carpet for Season 8 of "America's Got Talent."
If they hadn't already, Nick Cannon's champagne wishes and caviar dreams are about to become a reality. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the "Wild 'N Out" and "America's Got Talent" host is adding yet another program (he's unstoppable!) to his roster as the frontman for Style Network's revival of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous." Better bust out that bottle of Dom you've been saving to toast to the new host!
The show, first hosted by the legendary Robin Leach through the '80s and '90s, features an inside look at how Hollywood's richest and most famous spend their fortunes, and the reboot won't stray far from the original standard. "Style will give viewers front-row access to how today's wealthy live, paying homage to the original 'Lifestyles' in a fresh, fun and irreverent way," Style Media president Salaam Coleman Smith told THR. And though Nick isn't unfamiliar with the finer things, he's still thrilled to be following in Robin Leach's footsteps. "Even though I am fortunate to have certain luxuries, sometimes I am even amazed by what people with money have and do," he said. What, like building a shoe closet bigger than most New York City studio apartments? That's right, we've seen your wife's "Cribs" episode, sir. If being married to Mariah Carey doesn't prepare you for your new hosting duties, nothing will!
