Teyana Taylor on "Sweet 16" in 2007, and now, rocking the red carpet at 22.
Flashback Friday alert! A former "Super Sweet 16" birthday girl is back in action, returning to the small screen on MTV2's "Week In Jams." Six years ago, Teyana Taylor made her MTV debut as a hip-hop singer with a memorable hairdo and high demands, but in the "WIJ" sneak peek below, Teyana shows us she's not only tamed her coif, but also her 'tude, and we get to see a more humble side to the Harlem diva.
In the clip, the show's hosts recall The-Dream's unforgettable Jay-Z/Grammys hat incident (when Jay jokingly called him cheap), and Teyana kindly empathizes with the super-producer. "I've been to the swap meet plenty of times!" she proudly admits. "I get my nails done at the swap meet." A far cry from the spoiled girl who requested marching bands and break dancers at her 16th birthday party!
