The “Run-On Sentences. Volume One” album cover.
As both a lauded rapper and MTV2 staple, Mac Miller’s proven himself to be a multidimensional performer, and now he’s diversifying his talent portfolio even more with a smooth new sound. Earlier today, the “Mac Miller And The Most Dope Family” star tweeted links to his alter ego Larry Fisherman’s just released album, “Run-On Sentences. Volume One,” which features mostly instrumental songs.
The easy listening tracks, available for download on MediaFire, are a huge departure from Mac’s hip-hop driven debut album, “Blue Slide Park.” Perhaps it has something to do with the mixtape being recorded on another continent? “#funfact all of #runonsentences was made in Australia,” Mac revealed. Truthfully, the soothing tunes seem a bit more fitting for an indie flick soundtrack than an End Of The World party playlist, but hey, we still dig ’em! With sporadic lyrics in the form of (you guessed it) run-on sentences,
Mac’s Larry’s writing and production skills are undeniable.
