Tiffani Thiessen on "Today" earlier this month.
Tiffany Thiessen is the latest member of everyone's favorite '90s high school clan to get their philanthropy on. Following in Mario Lopez's and Dustin Diamond's charitable footsteps, the former Bayside babe is now lending her voice to help others.
In partnership with USA's Characters Unite, Thiessen hopes to help end the cultural divide in America. "I've always been taught that it takes more energy to be mean than to be nice," she says in the video below. And unlike her uber-popular onscreen counterpart, the "White Collar" star reveals that she was often teased growing up. "It doesn't feel good when you're young and you're vulnerable," she shares. However, the now empowered mom says she wants to set a good example for her little girl. "Hopefully it'll show her that I care and that I stand up for good things." More power to you, sister!
Check out the vid, and catch more of Tiffani on "Saved By The Bell" reruns airing each week on MTV2.
