We're used to watching Ke$ha strut around in garbage bag-accented spikes through metric sh**tons of glitter, but she's more than just a piece of pop art, and soon, you'll get a chance to see for yourself how real it gets for the "Die Young" singer. New docu-series "Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life" will follow the queen of trash-chic through her highs and lows as she records a new album and travels the world. "My Crazy Beautiful Life," which will premiere on MTV Tuesday, April 23 at 11/10c, was shot across two years by Ke$ha's brother, Lagan Sabert, and will feature the singer really coming into her own. In a promo for the show below, we see this includes feeding cannoli cream into a long-bearded gentleman's mouth and ultimately starting a restaurant-wide confection fight.
