Much like Wiz Khalifa's early endeavors, Machine Gun Kelly hustled his way through high school, sharing his music with anyone willing to listen. Not surprisingly, he targeted the females. In this bonus scene from "When I Was 17," MGK explains how a slick Soulja Boi sample titled "Bouncing Off My Toes" and some really funky dance moves scored him some lady fans.
Unfortunately, the Bad Boy rapper says the type of women his crew attracted was...well, less than attractive. "The quality of people that we were getting laid by wasn't near what it is today," he laughs off in the clip. MGK says it was slim pickings in Cleveland, and he and his friends settled for all shapes and sizes. "Threes is what we juggled with the most," his pal Dub adds. Oh well, we imagine MGK's Billboard chart-toppers upped his average hook-up rating to at least an 8.
Check out more of MGK and his wing-man misadventures in the clip below, and don't miss full episodes of "When I Was 17" Sundays at 1/12c on MTV2.
