The "Washington Heights" crew has noted time and again that family is everything. And the weight of that sentiment has never been more apparent than in this sneak peek of the next episode. Ludwin is worried that his baby brother's impending court hearing will send him to jail, but luckily, Frankie, his not-exactly-girlfriend, is there to lend him a shoulder to cry on.
Ludwin fears his brother, Alexis, who is only 18, will get corrupted after going to jail for robbery. "A lot of times when you go to jail you don't come out and do better, you do worse," he explains to Frankie in the clip below. He just wants his sibling to get on the straight and narrow and live an honest life, but he knows the temptation to break the law is too strong for Alexis.
"If there's anybody who has to keep it together for his sake, it's you," Frankie tells him. But that's not as easy as it sounds. "The streets suck you in so easily...he can't make any more mistakes," Ludwin says as he breaks down.
Check out the video, and tune in to see what happens to Alexis on Wednesday's all-new episode of "Washington Heights" at 10/9c.
