Johnny Knoxville and Arnold Schwarzenegger at "The Last Stand" premiere in Austin, TX.
Someone's got competition! Looks like Martin Lawrence and Kelsey Grammer aren't the only odd couple busting out on the entertainment scene. "Jackass" star Johnny Knoxville and professional ass-kicker Arnold Schwarzenegger are teaming up for the action-packed flick "The Last Stand," coming to theaters January 18th!
HitFix got the scoop on the new dynamic duo, and in the clip below, Johnny admits he didn't need much convincing to join the cast alongside The Terminator. "They said 'Arnold,' and I'm like, 'what time do I get to be there?'" he says. The daredevil, who's known for pulling off some pretty impressive stunts alongside a couple of Wildboyz, says co-starring with Schwarzenegger "is a dream come true."
The former Governor of Ca-lee-for-nee-uh makes his return to the silver screen as a sheriff on the hunt for a missing drug cartel member, with Knoxville playing his amateur assistant. Looks like Arnold wasn't kidding when he said, "I'll be back." We can't wait to see what kind of shenanigans these two'll get mixed up in!
Take a look at the full interview and prepare yourself to see Johnny Knoxville back in action with a "Jackass" marathon starting Wednesday night at 8/7c on MTV2!
