Angelina Pivarnick and Chris Nirschel pack on the PDA at The Waldorf Astoria in New York.
When you peace outta the "Jersey Shore" house because you can't get along with your roommates, announce that you're pregnant, and then, days later, call off an engagement, and get attacked while innocently shopping at T-shirt emporium Hot Topic, it's completely understandable that you might feel the need to seek therapy. People get counseling for all sorts of reasons, and it makes perfect sense that Angelina Pivarnick has decided to enlist the help of a professional. Well, sorta.
According to a release that VH1 sent out this morning, she's slated to star in the network's upcoming relationship reality show called "Couples Therapy," which examines the life experiences of popular Hollywood twosomes. So, who is Angie teaming up with? Not the ex-fiancé, obviously, but Chris Nirschel from Food Network's "The Next Food Network Star." We admittedly didn't know they were dating, but apparently they're experiencing the pains of being in the public eye and could use some guidance.
The show, which puts lovers through 21 days of intensive therapy, is set to premiere in the spring of 2012 and will also feature DMX and Tashera Simmons, Linda Hogan and Charlie Hill, Kasey Kahl and Vienna Girardi, and Reichen Lehmkuhl and Rodiney Santiago.
