Episode 5 is my favorite episode of the series so far. Why? Because after tons of complaining, I finally started my weight-loss journey.
I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise, but watching my first meeting with Angela brought tears to my eyes--I've come such a long way since then. After my first workout with her, she asked me to write a letter to my "new self " from my "old self." Anyone looking to make a change--no matter what that change may be--I urge you to try it. It's a great way to hold yourself accountable. I get a lot of messages from people that want advice on how to start over, and the first step on starting ANY journey is to believe that it's possible. No one else can do it for you, and I found that out the hard way.
Here's to the beginning of the new me, and to the turning point in my life that shook me to my core and allowed me to start believing. I am capable of so much more than I thought!
