Justin Bieber and his dreamy side-swept bangs might be tugging at the heartstrings of teenyboppers across America, but let's not forget the boy bands of yesteryear. Think back to the mid '80s, when New Kids On The Block's Hangin' Tough taught us all about having "the right stuff" and shouting young love from the rooftops (and who doesn't remember staring at photos of the pretty blue-eyed soprano, Joey McIntyre?).
Well, NKOTB have teamed up with '90s heartthrob foursome Backstreet Boys and assembled a nine-man boy-a-licious tour! NKOTB/BSB (overkill much?) will kick things off at the American Music Awards on Nov. 21, but before the pop groups take off for other parts of the country, they need to find the perfect opening act. You'll never guess who wants in!
According to TMZ, Pauly D wants to share the stage with the iconic crooners. "The 'Jersey Shore' star is close to a deal--but he's not the only act that's being considered. We're told Boys II Men is also in the running," the site's source said.
