Is Bristol Palin Threatened By MTV's Teen Moms?

Four young ladies you won't be seeing in the studio audience of "Dancing with the Stars"? That'd be Maci, Farrah, Catelynn and Amber from "Teen Mom" (and originally the first season of "16 and Pregnant"), who Bristol Palin has reportedly banned from the set. According to a story on Popeater.com, Bristol's very serious about the competition and doesn't want anyone stepping on her dancing shoes.

An ABC executive told the website, "Bristol Palin has made it very clear to the show producers that she doesn't want the teen moms in the audience cheering her on no matter how much it might boost ratings." Apparently, she's got nothing against other big reality TV stars (such as new mom Bethenny Frankel) making an appearance, but she's drawing the line at having her famous peers in attendance.

Another insider told Popeater that "even though [Bristol] has done events with Maci, she wants nothing to do with them on the ballroom floor."

Hey, it's her floor, her prerogative, though we do recall welcoming Bristol to the office back in April to chat about being an anti-teen pregnancy ambassador for The Candie's Foundation. Because Bristol was a fan of "16 and Pregnant" (er, at the time), we posted the interview on the series' blog (see a video clip from it below).
