Whitney To Olivia: 'I'm Not Some Country Bumpkin'

Everyone has their insecurities. But when you're a Reality TV star, the entire world gets to see when you're having relationship probs, a bad hair day or an awkward run-in with your coworker-slash-frenemy. And as Whitney Port recently admitted to Cosmopolitan magazine, it's not always easy being taped, followed, discussed and scrutinized 24/7.

"I break down a couple of times a week, at least," the City star told Cosmo (according to the NY Post's Page Six).  "It gets overwhelming. Sometimes I think that I can't take this anymore. I just want to live a normal life."

Hmm, maybe that's because she's gone from working with her best friend (a.k.a. The Hills' Lauren Conrad) to getting called "immature" by fellow DVF-er/social Olivia Palermo. So is their relationship as bad as it looks on TV?

Well, according to Cosmo, Whit and Olivia "never hang out off-screen," which may have something to do with the fact that Liv treats her like a charity case. "Olivia kind of mothers me and looks at me as a pet project. I'm not some country bumpkin. I'm from Los Angeles."

Hope Olivia's taking notes!
