Ashley & Byron (and Alanna!)

Hey, it's your favorite couple, The Bourgeois', just writing to keep you guys posted. We have been married for 1 year and 7 months now. So when we finished off on the last show we got the big news that I, or I should say "we," were pregnant! Our little one has finally arrived -- Alanna Raye Bourgeois. She is now 5 months and very alert. Being a parent is the most wonderful thing in the world, it's a feeling you just can't describe. Seeing half of you and half of the one you love put into one little person is amazing. She does little things that I do and a little bit of his crazy side. She makes us smile and laugh everyday. We now feel complete with our little Nana in our lives and it feels good to say "our little family"! As for our relationship, it has grown stronger than ever. It was a little rocky after the baby because of postpartum depression but I'm over that now. We plan on having another baby in the future, so we can try for a little boy. As for our families, we are good. Byron has gotten closer with my family and I have gotten closer with Byron's family -- not as much as I would like, but hey, what can I do but just keep trying? So for those who thought we would not make it, all I have to say is "HAHAHA!"
