Jennifer Lawrence And Natalie Dormer's 'Hunger Games' Red Carpet Make-Out, Explained In 7 Easy Steps

Process your emotions.

Every day seems to bring a new headline highlighting the wonders and oddities of the age we live in. There may be an alien superstructure in spaaaaaaaaaaaace! Our future robot leaders may not be so bad! We can look at the sun closer than we ever could before!

Also, Jennifer Lawrence and Natalie Dormer accidentally made out a little bit on the red carpet of the London premiere of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2."

In the movies, Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and Gale (Liam Hemsworth) typically get most of the mouth action, but IRL, it was Dormer who caught a smooch from JLaw.

See, Lawrence, a notorious red carpet prankster, tried to interview-bomb her co-star by swooping in and giving her a kiss on the cheek while she gave an on-camera interview. However, since everything Lawrence touches turns to viral gold, Dormer turned her head to see what the hell was happening over her shoulder (the aforementioned Lawrence swooping, natch) and caught the kiss right on the mouth.

In living color:

There's clearly a lot going on in this GIF-able moment. In order to comprehend just what happened, here's a step by step examination of the emotions we believe Dormer and Lawrence felt to help you process this occurrence.

    "Sure." Both.

  4. Panic.

    "THAT WAS UNEXPECTED," says mankind.

Put it in the books, folks.
