'Sons Of Anarchy' And 'Titanic' Are Part Of Fox's New Theme Park In Dubai

This is not a drill.

Have you ever watched "Ice Age" and felt like you needed to travel back in time and hang out with Sid, Diego and the crew? Well, wonder no more! 20th Century Fox is making all of your wildest dreams come true -- and there's not time travel necessary.

The studio has inked a licensing deal with Al Ahli Holding Group to launch 20th Century Fox World, Dubai, its second immersive entertainment destination and the world's first Fox-branded resort, it announced today (November 3). The Dubai theme park and resort is set to open in 2018.

FINAL Fox World Dubai Bullseye

20th Century Fox released its current mock-up of the Dubai theme park and resort.

In 2013, the studio announced its plans to build 20th Century Fox World Malaysia. The opening of that park has been pushed back to 2017.

However, this new location in Dubai will offer theme park goers themed rooms and dining opportunities that will further immerse visitors "in the rich history of 20th Century Fox."

According to the plans, the resort will feature themed lands and attractions based on Fox properties, including, "Ice Age," "Rio," "Planet of the Apes," "Aliens," "Predator," "Night at the Museum" and "Titanic," "The Simpsons" and "Sons of Anarchy." Talk about fun for the whole family -- there's a little something for everyone at 20th Century Fox World. But none for you, Jack Dawson, because you're dead.

"In order to create worlds that guests want to visit, we have to know these stories inside and out," Stefan Lawrence, Creative Director told MTV News. "Franchises like 'The Simpsons,' 'Aliens' and 'Planet of the Apes' have millions of fans worldwide. We want every detail to be just right, so that when our guests enter the park they feel like they’ve become part of the story."

The park will offer a mix of media-based dark rides, which screams "Aliens" to us, to thrill rides, like the "Planet of the Apes" ride, that will tell new stories back on Fox film and TV brands.

Wait, but Fox does know Jax was -- spoiler alert -- killed off in the "Sons of Anarchy" series finale, right? GASP. Will we get to ride with Jax and the guys of Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club's Redwood Original again?! Sign us up.

2018 has never seemed further away.
