Just when you thought the "Hotline Bling" craze couldn't get any wilder, Justin Bieber steps in.

The Biebs hit Instagram today teasing his "Hotline Bling" remix. And then, out of nowhere, he dropped it. But there was a catch. You have to call him on his cell phone to hear it.

The phone line is busy right now because the whole world is (presumably) calling. But here's what you get when you call:

JB starts it off by talking, referencing his past few hits. “What do you mean it’s not like that? Oh, you’re sorry? But where are you now that I need you?” Then, he flips Drake's whole concept and makes it his own: "Call me on that hotline bling, if you wanna be with me."
