Soooo, Daniel Craig Thinks Niall Horan Should Be The Next 007 -- Discuss

Well that's one direction the franchise could go next.

Daniel Craig's time within Her Majesty's Secret Service might be drawing to a close with his fourth tuxedo-clad 007 run in "Spectre," but he's still an interested party in who assumes his shaken-not-stirred alter ego in the future.

Craig's been a total champ about fielding fan vets for the role, and in fact, he thinks one epic boy-bander who's long been interested in filling Bond's shoes might just be "fabulous" for the role.

Yep, we're talking about One Direction's Niall Horan, who's been gunning to drive the next tricked-out Bond car since he first saw "Skyfall" two and a half years ago.

Back then, Niall tweeted his interest in the series by writing, "Watchin skyfall ! I reckon im the next bond ! Dont mess with me, i just started growin a little chin hair!"

And according to Craig himself, Niall's a "good man" and would be "absolutely fabulous" for the part.

Craig said as much when he talked about "Spectre" in an interview with Capital FM, agreeing that the 1D blondie would indeed do the part justice if he were selected for it.

And of course, Directioners are already going nuts about this idea.

If it were to happen, there's one thing we know for certain -- he'd have the charming gent factor on lock from the get-go.
