16 Performances From Taylor Swift's 'Red' Era That We're Still Not Over

One of the best Taylor Swift albums like, ever.

On Oct. 22, 2012, Taylor Swift gifted the world with Red.

Even though we are currently in a seemingly never-ending but continually epic celebration of 1989, it's pretty much impossible to not think back fondly on Tay's previous venture, the Red era.

Taylor ditched the tea-party dresses for high-waisted shorts, straightened her hair, added some bangs and gracefully transitioned from country star to pop sensation. From crazy-good, hard-to-resist tracks like "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" to insane live concert and award show performances, the Red album pretty much changed everything, and everyone was totally about it.
