COLD! Girl Talk and Freeway body-slam a grandma in their new video.
We were literally just wondering the other day what was going on with Girl Talk. Maybe the demand for mashups isn't quite as robust as it used to be?
The Pittsburgh DJ/producer might have had the same thought, because his first official video, "Tolerated," is an entirely original team-up with rapper Freeway. The video is pretty, uh, unique, too, with awesome throwback vibes to the Beastie Boys' wise-ass era and plenty o' hyperbolic violence.
The hard-charging track comes to us from Girl Talk and Freeway's upcoming Broken Ankles EP, and it even features a guest spot from Waka Flocka Flame. There's so much crazy in here that we have to unpack it:
+ Some crustpunk gets a WWE-style guitar smash.
+ There's an impromptu martial arts sidewalk battle.
+ Girl Talk rips a dude's leg off, a little boy pukes, then Freeway rips another dude's arm off.
+ Waka Flocka catches the arm, removes a waiter's eye. (Worst tip ever.)
+ Grandma. Body. Slam.
+ And grossest of all: The guys play basketball with a decapitated head. Hope you didn't just have lunch!
