To make the announcement, @NBCTheVoice tweeted a photo of four empty chairs, one of which was topped by Pharrell's famous hat, before officially confirming the news a few minutes later. (MTV News)

+ An album of previously unreleased Michael Jackson music will street on May 13. XSCAPE comprises eight songs handpicked by L.A. Reid, with Timbaland serving as lead producer.
