Katy Perry is Grammy-bound!
+ Katy Perry has been added to the 56th Annual Grammy Awards' lineup. She'll be joining previously announced performers such as Robin Thicke, Lorde, Daft Punk, Kendrick Lamar, Pink, and more during the Jan. 26 live broadcast. (MTV News)
+ Speaking of Katy, Madonna handpicked the "Dark Horse" singer to guest-curate Art For Freedom, Madge's online public art project where artists from an array of disciplines can submit work that represents their take on freedom. Together, the pair will then award one artist a $10,000 grant to the nonprofit of their choice. (Billboard)
+ Pusha T has confirmed that the rumored Clipse reunion album is happening and that it will indeed be produced by The Neptunes. Tentatively titled As God As My Witness, the LP will be Pusha and his brother No Malice's first since 2009's Til the Casket Drops. (MTV News)

+ Unsurprisingly, it turns out that Kanye West is not on board with that Coinye West cryptocurrency, which references Kanye's name but was not approved by him. In response to a cease and desist from the "Bound 2" rapper's lawyers, the creators launched the currency late Tuesday night, days ahead of schedule, under the shortened new name "Coinye."
