Ariana Grande is all vamped up on the cover of Complex!
Did you hear? Ariana Grande let her perma-ponytail down on the cover of this month's Complex magazine!
Usually seen in princess dresses and snuggling one of several adorable dogs, the "Right There" singer ditched her go-to fairy lewk for a much more mature, noir, "Old Hollywood" moment, and, well...hello sexpot!
Inside the issue, Ariana touches on everything from her loud Italian family to those constant comparisons to Mariah Carey: "I think it’s an obvious comparison to draw because of the range and style of throwback R&B," said Ariana. "But as you listen to the whole album, Yours Truly, you get to know my sound. If I complained about being compared to the greatest vocalist who ever lived, I would be a very dumb, ungrateful person. So I can’t complain. It's a massive compliment."
Ariana even opened up about her new relationship with The Wanted's Nathan Sykes: "Everybody’s got something to say, but I’d rather be the person who’s honest than the person who’s like, 'Oh that’s personal, I'm not going to tell you.' I’ve always had an open, honest relationship with my fans." Ugh, VAGUE, but we'll take it.
Oh, and this wouldn't be a thorough review of Ariana's Complex interview if we didn't tell you what the "Baby I" singer said when asked if Justin Bieber had ever flirted with her: "No. He's super respectful of my situation."
Fiiiiiine, respect, rainbows, and sunshine. But if Ariana Grande life's gets any more perfect, we're seriously not gonna make it.
