Taylor Swift hugs her extra brave fan, Grace Markel.
Despite the fact that Taylor Swift was wrapping the last night of her star-studded karaoke slumber party -- er, we mean "Red" Tour's North American leg last Saturday night, the "I Knew You Were Trouble" singer somehow found a way to give back! Cue: the tragic-but-with-a-happy-ending story of Grace Markel, a 7-year-old Swifty who, while on the way to see her idol in concert in August, was tragically hit and severely injured by a moped.

While Grace was too injured to make it to Taylor's show in Columbia, Mo., this past August, her AH-MAY-ZING parents snagged tickets to Taylor's show in Nashville on Sept. 21. Naturally, when doll-faced Tay-Tay heard that Grace was in the house, she invited her backstage for some one-on-one hug and hang time.
We would've been all "#neverletgo."
Word on the street is that Taylor even signed Grace's sleeve (presumably making her insta-popular at school!), but not before Ed Sheeran's BFF in clownitude asked Grace to "sing extra loud" in the audience because "she had a cold." If we were Grace in this situation, we definitely would've responded with "So, what's your number? Lets' be IRL BFFs, OK? COOL." Then again, #BOUNDARIES.
So, what's the moral of the story? Taylor Swift is equal parts gorgeous and sweet, which makes life just a liiiiiittle bit more unfair right now than it was when you woke up this morning.
