Justin Timberlake "Takes Back The Night" in his party-centric new video.
IT'S HERE! The eagle has LANDED! After teasing fans with an interactive hashtag campaign featuring loads of behind-the-scenes content, Justin Timberlake's "Take Back the Night" video, the first single from The 20/20 Experience — 2 of 2 album, due out on Sept. 30, has ARRIVED! Honestly, if President Obama doesn't excuse everyone from work today for a onetime "Take Back The Night" holiday, then something is WRONG! I mean, Justin nabbed a whopping six 2013 VMA nominations! And he took part in a very special light show during his "Legends of the Summer" tour with Jay Z (Oops! Spoiler)! Someone get this guy an honorary degree from Harvard ASAP.
Watch Justin Timberlake's "Take Back The Night" video after the jump.
Shot in various iconic locations around NYC (Chinatown, Yankee Stadium, etc.), the clip, directed by Jeff Nicholas, Jonathan Craven, and Darren Craig, features Justin (wearing THE BEST SHIRT EVER, BTW) dancing and grooving out to his Michael Jackson-esque, horn-laden jam.
After spending some much-needed hang time on the streets, Justin slips through back alleys and doorways (duh, he knows the secret entrances to everything!) and finally arrives at the coolest underground party you've never been invited to. Once the "Mirrors" singer greets his fellow clubgoers (because he knows everyone at the party), he hits the floor for a casual-yet-obviously-complex dance break. Throw in a few live performance shots of Justin and Jay Z's tour stopover at Yankee Stadium, and you're basically getting a taste of the fabulous life that you could be living... if you were Jessica Biel.
