Kelly Clarkson's "Catch My Breath" video is clearly an homage to her beauty. And we're fine with it!
We've been talking about Kelly Clarkson and her upcoming Greatest Hits -- Chapter 1 disc for a hot minute. Even though we have to wait until Nov. 19 to get our hands on it, watching the official video for Kelly's brand-new jam "Catch My Breath" will make the pain of waiting a tad easier. But just a tad, so no delays, please!

Serving as the lead single off Kelly's forthcoming Greatest Hits disc, the video for "Catch My Breath" doesn't have much going on in terms of plot, but it DOES seem to be an homage to Kelly's immense beauty. (It's kind of like Rihanna's "Diamonds" video but without the sad horse scene.)
Decked in a stunning black ballgown (looks like someone's been hitting that Pilates mat, HARD!), Kelly is shown standing on water (potentially a metaphor for her being the mystical goddess we know she is?) while looking strong and beautiful as her hair blows in the wind. The aforementioned "looking gorgeous atop a body of water" scene pretty much goes on for the entire video until the very end when Kelly starts to turn the air pink and orange (as one does). Once more for emphasis, it's totally possible that this whole video is just a way to confirm our suspicions that Kelly is in fact a mystical being/good witch. That, or it really is just an homage to Kelly looking BOMB 24/7. We're obviously fine with either interpretation.
