+ Frank Ocean canceled his upcoming European festival dates and appearances with Coldplay after cutting short his set at Norway's Øya Festival on Friday. "Let me start by saying I feel like an a****** right now," he said in a vague statement. "But a tough decision had to be made in regard to my schedule over the next months." (Billboard)
+ The Flaming Lips are creating a musical called Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots (also the title of one of their albums), which launches in La Jolla, Calif., in November. They're currently holding an open casting in New York. (Pitchfork)
