Jaden hits the skate park and rhymes over Foster The People’s most famous tune on “Pumped Up Kicks (Like Me).”
Jaden Smith needs no introduction. Aside from being part of the famed Smith clan, 14-year-old Jaden Smith has also collaborated with Justin Bieber and confirmed their bromance by dressing up like twins about to embark on an ice-trekking expedition in Russia. But, Jaden is also a solo artist in his own right: He’s released “Give It To ’Em,” his Willow Smith-shade throwing (no worries, he apologizes mid-song) “Gonzoes,” and now, a cover of Foster The People’s “Pumped Up Kicks.” Seems weird, but let’s roll with it.

Set to the song’s infectious track, Jaden goes in hard on his verse, as he chills with his pals at the skate park. Shot in black and white, Jaden dons some dope leopard print pants (yo, can I borrow??) and rhymes about partying with girls (aren’t we a little young, sweetie?), and how basically everyone wants to be like him. “Everybody want kicks like me/ Everybody want chicks like me/ Everybody want flicks like me/ Everybody trying to get like me,” Jaden explains on the track. Tell us something we don’t know. After a few more rounds of skating, Jaden ends up on a beachside camping trip with some pretty blonde girls who don’t seem to mind that he’s wearing pants that could easily have been stolen out of their closet. It totally pays to be a celeb, doesn’t it?
