One of the magazine's "Women Of The Year" either has some magic up her sleeve or taking vitamins really does matter. We need the daily regimen scoop, STAT.

On the Glamour cover, the "Papi" singer sports glowing skin and hair and pairs her effortless radiance with a low-cut red top, sailor-style pants and chain-link nautical accessories. Inside the issue J. Lo offers up some wisdom on what she's learned about the past: "You've got to love yourself first. You've got to be OK on your own before you can be OK with somebody else." She also dishes on sharing future relationships in the public eye: "I think to give something a chance, to really get to know somebody, you want to do it out of the public eye. Jennifer also offers her secret potion recipe style advice on how she stays fashionable and youthful: "The things I liked when I was, like, 16 and in the Bronx -- jeans, cut-up T-shirts -- I still like.
