Victoria Justice, star of Nickelodeon’s “Victorious“/seriously adorable girl, sings, acts and basically makes you feel like you should be doing more with your life… and she’s only 18. To top it off, now she’s resurrecting the ’90s (THE DECADE SHE WAS BORN) by paying homage to the classic VH1 show, “Pop-Up Video.”
For those who don’t know (shame!), “Pop-Up Video” was the greatest show ever, a music video show where little bubbles full of behind-the-scenes information would literally pop up during the video. It happens to be the very place where I learned exactly how Jamiroquai’s “Virtual Insanity” was made possible (moving walls).
In Victoria’s new video, “Best Friend’s Brother,” Victoria gives us some insight into the making of the clip while also making us wish it was fall so we could watch the return of “Pop-Up Video.” We uncover a lot of pertinent information here — for example, the fact that Victoria likes to add mustaches to her smiley-face emoticons. You really do learn something new every day!
