5 Easy Dance Moves You Can Learn From Beyonce's 'Run The World (Girls)' Video

If you're like us, you've spent all of your time recently either: 1.) rearranging the ranking of your favorite songs on Lady Gaga's Born This Way, or 2.) spending last three hours in front of the mirror trying to get the choreography from Beyoncé's "Run The World (Girls)" video down pat.

We're here to help! Sure, our Masters in Modern Dance isn't real, but that doesn't mean we've never taken home a dancing trophy. (Yes it does.) Take a look at the five easiest dance moves you can teach yourself from Beyoncé's "Run The World (Girls)" video below, and you'll be scaring off impressing your friends in no time.

1.) The Stephanie Tanner: At about the 50-second mark -- after Beyoncé gets off of her horse and approaches those scary guys under that freeway overpass or whatever -- she starts to a little crazy with her hands on her hips, Stephanie Tanner-style. Maybe this wasn't her exact inspiration, but any chance I get to reference "Full House," I take it.

2.) The Gilly: "Saturday Night Live" genius Kristen Wiig plays recurring character Gilly, a trouble-making schoolgirl with a huge reddish-brown fro and some tremendous dance moves. Look for Bey's take on the jig seen above around the 1:12 mark.

3.) The Bird: At the 2:04 mark, Beyoncé straight-up flips us off! Kinda rude, but mostly awesome. This classic move comes in handy not only when you're sassin' it up in the club, but also on the subway, the highway and in the student loan office. (Just kidding on that last one. Sorta.)

4.) Hip-Hop Pilates: In pilates, it's called a "double leg lift" and you feel like you're going to die when you hold it for a minute, but in a Beyoncé video it's called, "OMG I wanna do that." At the 3:05 mark we see Queen B and her fellow "girls" toning, sculpting and dancing. Soon enough, we're all going to be paying a gym $80 a month to do this while a 90-pound woman yells at us.

5.) The Fist Pump: So she's not totally "Jersey Shore" fist pumping, but at around 4:15, Beyoncé gets dangerously close to doing so. Hey, it happens to all of us: First, you're just enjoying some peaceful live music at your local watering hole and the next thing you know, there are sequined dragons on your T-shirt, it's 3:30 a.m. and both fists are in the air. No judgment here.

Are there any moves we forgot to mention in Beyoncé's "Run The World (Girls)" video? Did you make 1,000 new friends after you tried these at the club? Let us know!
